But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.  They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.

Lord Jesus, I pray that I would become more aware of you, more aware of how I spend my time and I ask that you will guide me and lead me along the path that you have ordained for me.  I pray, Lord, that as I spend time with you, I too, will rise up and soar spiritually.  Amen
